You have several options for making your assessment payment!

1) DIRECT DEBIT FROM YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT

To sign up for electronic ACH payments to be automatically deducted from your checking account, contact our office by calling 661.616.4385 or send an email to ashley@kellymanagement.com.  There is no additional charge for this service. To set up AutoPay, please click here and submit the form with a voided check directly to Kelly Management.

2) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:

Kelly Management now accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for assessment payments.  You may call to make your credit card payment over the phone at 661.322.5936 or come into the office at 5555 California Avenue #300, Bakersfield, CA 93309

3) MAIL YOUR PAYMENT IN:

You may mail an assessment payment with your Assessment coupon to:
